Former manager of the multi-award winning beer bar, The Rake; now Operations Manager for Utobeer and a Director at Tap East. As well as being a judge at beer competitions for CAMRA and SIBA, he has also done his fair share of collaborative brewing, most notably with Otley Brewing Co in Pontypridd where he helped mastermind the SIBA silver winning, Motley Brew amongst others!
