Leigh has been writing about beer and food since 2007 through his popular blog, The Good Stuff. Leigh’s interests lie in beer and food matching as a way to introduce beer to new audiences and beer in his home county, Yorkshire. His blog, The Good Stuff ,voted as one of Leeds’ most influential blogs by The Leeds Guide in Spring 2010, and he has also judged at CAMRA and SIBA Festivals. Leigh also edits ‘Tavern Tales’ for Culture Vulture, which is an online Northern culture magazine. Tavern Tales looks at the social and historic aspects of Pub life, rather than the beer in the glass. His work has appeared in Food & Drink Digital and BEER Magazine. In 2013 his first book, Great Yorkshire Beer, was published by Great Northern Books.
